Closing Day—It’s closing day, but what does that mean? Closing day is the last day of your home buying journey. A final walk though of your new home is done on either this day or the day before to ensure that any repairs are done by the seller if requested and everything looks the way it should for you to take possession. You may be asked to bring a cashier’s check to closing. Your closing disclosure or settlement statement will be checked for accuracy. We will meet you at the closing institution to answer any questions or to help explain anything you may question. You will be provided with copies of all closing documents. And finally…the keys to your new home. We hope you will join our family of friends and satisfied clients. We would love to make the home buying journey with you.
