Buffalo Gap & Swoope

Buffalo Gap is located approximately 9.5 miles (15.3 km) northwest of Staunton, Virginia (Buffalo Gap, Virginia, 2020) woope is located on State Routes 703 and 860 7.4 miles (11.9 km) west of Staunton. (Swoope, Virginia, 2021) There are several active farms in the area and beautiful mountain views. The Glebe Burying Ground, Intervale, and Lewis Shuey House are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. (Swoope, Virginia, 2021) Swoope is home to Polyface Farm owned by Joel Salatin.
