After the contract is accepted—Hooray!!! Your contract is accepted! Now, it’s time to make sure all of your deadlines are met before closing day and the keys are yours. We will remain in constant communication with you to ensure that financing is approved and ready to be disbursed on closing day. We will help facilitate home inspection deadlines and pest inspections. We will continue to communicate with the owner and/or seller’s agent to make sure they are on track with deadlines. There is so much to be done in a short period that little things can be forgotten; however, our expertise and knowledge will work for you to ensure everything is running smoothly. Then, the big day—Closing Day.
